The Gas Turbine Division of The Wood Group made the decision to consolidate their offices into one location that was conveniently located near Bush Intercontinental Airport. Wilson Architectural Group had the opportunity to assist them with programming their needs and providing "test fits" of potential lease spaces. The result is approximately 17, 000 square feet of office space which includes guest offices for visiting staff, teleconferencing and an employee break room.

Design and Construction Documents were produced in 4 weeks to meet a certain move-in date. Therefore, recommendations of building materials, and furniture were selected from in stock or readily available selections.
